Оптимальные настройки BIOS’a для разгона процессора:

CPU Voltage Reference — оптимальное значение будет 0.63x. Позволяет снизить температуру в нагрузке на 1-2 градуса, судя по колебанию графика материнка более рационально подает напряжение на проц, падения температуры в нагрузке заметны. На стабильности никакие значения не сказываются.
CPU Voltage Damper — рекомендую активировать. Снижает проседания напряжения и позволяет добиться стабильной работы на более низком напряжении. Например, у меня процессор стабильность при отключеной опции сохранял только с напругой 1.525V, с включенной при 1.4625V.
Дополнительные тайминги памяти оставляем по умолчанию.
Transaction Booster отключаем. Включение сильно снижает разгон по памяти, играться с данным параметром рекомендуется после определения оптимального режима работы процессора.
Внимание! Для максимально и оптимального разгона памяти и вообще, если не хотите трогать этот параметр, ВСЕГДА ставьте его в положение Disabled., Relax — 0. Это даст снижение субтаймингов.
Static Read Control — аналогично, дает меньший прирост производительности, но и меньше снижает разгонный потенциал.
Over-Charging Mode — изменения этого параметра не дали никаких видимых эффектов, рекомендуется оставлять в положении Auto.
CPU PLL Voltage — для двуядерных процессоров ставим минимально возможные 1.5V, для 4-х ядерных стоит поиграться параметром в случае необходимости максимального разгона.
